Whats included in the photoshoot?

Each experience page on the website has a what’s included section. Click on each one to see more information. With every order you will receive a complimentary A4 fine art mounted print.

How long is the shoot going to take?

This is dependent on each experience. Please see the what’s included section on the relevant experience page for more information.

When is the best time to book my session?

Newborns are always best to book in advance, before your due date if possible to allow me to block out dates to ensure I will have availability. We allow for last minute bookings also, but as soon as you are ready to book please get in touch to avoid disappointment.

If you want a Cake Smash or Birthday themed photoshoot, we like to have a few weeks to plan and allow for ordering props etc, but we do have stock and backdrops ready to setup if a last minute booking has been made.

Maternity is best to book when you reach between 26-35 weeks which is the time-frame we find best to take maternity photos.

Can siblings be included?

This is dependent on the experience you book but yes most experiences can include siblings. Please see the experience page for more details.

Do I have to buy photos?

You are not obligated to buy any photos and I do not hard sell on the day of your viewing. If you choose to purchase images from me, you will receive a complimentary A4 mounted print with any order placed.

Please see prices here

When do I choose my pictures?

On the day of your photoshoot we will book a viewing date where you will come back to view and order your photos.

This is approx 1 week after your experience.

What about safety?

The studio is a commercial building with all the correct health and safety procedures in place. We are fully insured and make safety and comfort of your baby an absolute priority. I practice safe posing techniques using specialised photography props and posing aids. There is always a supporting hand on or very close to your baby during poses.

How do I prepare for my session?

I will send details and information on booking to allow for a successful experience, along with any tips and what to wear and avoid for your photos.

What shall I bring with me to the shoot?

I supply all props and any decorations needed for setups. I do have a selection on maternity outfits you are welcome to wear for your maternity photoshoot but for all other experiences, I do not supply clothing and will recommend clothing to wear and avoid. You are welcome to bring any props or items you would like included in some of your photos.
